Since 2019, he has successfully delivered numerous strategic and confidential search mandates, including Country Managers, Commercial Directors, and R&D Directors for both Japanese and global clients. Issei is recognized for solving highly challenging recruitment cases by blending data-driven market mapping, industry insight, and a consultative advisory approach. With a multinational background —born in Tokyo and raised in Shanghai — he brings a culturally agile and globally sensitive perspective to talent advisory.
